GBScam Scam! I’m out $1340, and my kids won’t have a playground for Christmas. Shameful. I received one email from Lara, stating I’d get another in 3 biz days which came and went. I call, no answer, I email, no response. And I have no playground for my children. Beware, do not order anything, they need to be taken down as they have a deceitful social media presence as well.

GBOrder issues I placed my order and never received a confirmation e-mail or receipt. When I asked the chat agent, Lara, about this I was told that she would create a ticket and her team would fix that -- I never did get the confirmation e-mail. I have asked in the chat a number of times about the status of my order. When there is no chat agent available, an automated message says a ticket was created and I would get an e-mail. I have not received an e-mail regarding my order status. I finally got in contact with the chat agent, and was told that there was an unforeseen issue with my order and that shipping was delayed. I asked why I hadn't been notified and was told that they have sent me an e-mail every day. I have not received any e-mails despite confirming my e-mail address on the order page and checking my spam. I hope that I am just unlucky, but this website feels like a scam after interacting with it and the support 'team'.

GBWhen I began asking questions about… When I began asking questions about shipping, the chat box suddenly stopped working and I was instructed to use email instead. Also, In their return/refund section there are many grammatical, syntax, and other errors that can only be described as highly unprofessional.

GBFraud, Scams, Lies As many others have been reporting, this website engages in Fraudulent Business Practices. I ordered before there were any bad reviews anywhere on the internet. My first clue that something was wrong was that there was a generic email thanking me for my order, but not for the specific item I had ordered. No invoice. No order number. No info to look the order up on the website. The rest of my experience is pretty much exactly what so many others have described. After being strung along for almost 4 weeks with no shipment confirmation, no tracking number, poor communication from the company (Lara), ultimately culminating in the company going communication dark on me, refusing to respond to my emails. I am currently in the process of disputing the charges to my CC which is in review by the CC company. Hopefully all these reviews will help take down this fake company that clearly engages in fraud. At the very least, save yourself some grief and avoid this company at all costs! Warn others, too!
