Wanda Supply is a scam Wanda Supply is a scam. Do not order anything from them. What they picture and what they send are total opposites. Refunds are impossible. Being retired I have now begun a campaign to alert anyone that listens to never buy anything from this business. They are also located in China which makes any returns impossible. Look for additional posts on Facebook, Instagram, twitter, and all other social media sites.

A Rip Off Called WandaThey conveniently ignore They conveniently ignore, or delay response to any inquiries regarding a completed (paid) purchase. I refused a package, having discovered the item had been falsely described. After numerous inquiries, I was told my refund was to be issued within 10 days. Well, after that period of time and at least 4 requests for information regarding the disposition of my refund, I wound up here. Don’t deal with these people. Period.

I ordered the cinderella princess dress… I ordered the cinderella princess dress on Feb 2nd for my 5 year old nieces Feb 19th birthday. It has not been delivered. Wanda supply has stopped replying to my inquiries and will not refund my money. Save yourself the trouble and headaches, there are so many other business to order the same merchandise.

I ordered a stove fan I ordered a stove fan, when I received the fan it was the wrong part wouldn’t work. I contacted their representative and told them it wouldn’t work, that wanted to return the fan. He said fine that I had to prove I had it which I thought was a little strange. I took a picture and sent it to them. A week or so later they sent me a return label. I returned the fan and was refunded my money in 4 days.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Sent me a faulty device in horrible packaging and is now hassling me about a refund. They made me send a video and acted like I wasn't being honest about the broken unit. Way to NOT treat a customer you would like to keep for future orders. I am still waiting for a refund and am unfortunately NOT optimistic that I will ever get one. BUYERS BEWARE
