Scam…they are taking $$ and not… Scam…they are taking $$ and not shipping the items. Their phone is disconnected…they do not respond to emails. Got taken for $200 plus. Reporting it to every site I can to protect consumers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

Safety, security, and peace of mind. I have two sons that are Industrial Construction Superintendents and I bought them both Voidhawk Flashlights. They love them! In dark tunnels, vaults, and night viewing high tension line connections, these flashlights are superior to any flashlight they ever had. Out of business? No customer service! Flashlight out of the box worked great for a week or two; called customer service; actually got someone who suggested a few things to check; figured out the tail piece switch was bad...Have called back over twenty times; left messages; no response. I would even buy a tail piece extension with the switch included to add a third battery and extend run time; but not so sure they would respond other than just taking the money...... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.....HOW CAN THEY STAY IN BUSINESS?

I ordered the "COMPLETE" set of… I ordered the "COMPLETE" set of flashlights which included a barrel extension for the larger flashlight. The flashlight came with only two batteries, I presumed that the other battery was accidentally forgotten. I called the number listed on the packing list and left a message and was told I would receive a call back. To date I have not received either the forgotten battery or a phone call back from the supplier. The products are great but I cannot use the big light with the three batteries unless they send it to me.
