I sent the old cylinders out and received the rebuilt ones back in less than two weeks. So far (after over a year of service) I have had no issues at all with their function. Designtek Tool & Plastics great company, the only reason they did not get 5 stars was my order said everything was in stock, but they weren't. But the next day they had the parts and overnight ed them to us. I would recommend hydraulics direct to anyone. Also GREAT prices!

You had the special fittings I needed… You had the special fittings I needed however some quick couplers were back ordered but your website didn’t say as such. The order arrived but missing the quick couplers. I received no information with the order explaining this, no email, no phone call so I assumed it was missing and a mistake and I had to contact your company. I did not have that time. It should noted when ordering if a product is back ordered and definitely noted when receiving a order.
