Cross country bulbs I purchased six fluorescent black light bulbs from Norman Lamps who is located on the west coast I live in the Boston area. I knew it was risky fluorescent bulbs traveling about 3000 miles but the price was the best I could find so I took the chance. Norman Lamps shipped the very next day and when they arrived I thought I would find one or two broken from the long trip in a truck but to my pleasant surprise all six were in perfect condition. Seems Norman Lamps knows how to pack and ship light bulbs. Great price, great service I highly recommend Norman Lamps

Someone recommended to me that I order… Someone recommended to me that I order LED lights from Norman Lighting. I found them to be very helpful, as it is very confusing when changing over to LED light inside and all of your landscaping lights. They had everything that we needed. I received the order fast, and I would definitely order from them again.

I placed my order and the sales person… I placed my order and the sales person who worked with me was excellent. Very patient and helpful with technical information/responses to my questions. I received the order on the time frame as promised. So far I was very happy. When I took the package home that evening I installed the smallest replacement bulb (F8T4 in the lamp holder and it did not illuminate. I was baffled, and I inserted it into another similar size lamp holder and it did not work in that one either. I put in the older bulb that was functioning and it did work. I then tried another of the 4 bulbs that I had ordered and two worked and then I found one more that did So, out of the four F8T4 bulbs I had ordered two did not function. By the way, I tried everything to make sure it was not just the lamp holder or my technique in positioning the bulb into the socket holder. Nope, the two bulbs simply did not work. The 2 F22T4 bulbs both worked when installed. I then opened the F26T4 and discovered that I had ordered the wrong size and I needed an F24T4 that was my mistake. I called Norman the next day and spoke to an associate and he was helpful and said he would call me back to work on reship. I wanted to return the two bulbs that did not work and receive functional replacements and also exchange the F26T4 for F24. He never called back and I have to call again to straighten this out.

I live in a condominium community and… I live in a condominium community and am the Board member responsible for outside lighting. We are changing over to LED bulbs, and I wanted the warmer light and not too bright. As I told him, we're not landing airplanes in here or running a prison yard! So our lighting needs to be soft and quiet but enough to provide safety. I ordered only one bulb to see if it would fit the bill, and it sure does! You cannot tell that it is not an incandescent light; the lumens and kelvin are just right. So I placed an order for enough bulbs to change all the outside lights throughout the neighborhood. The gentleman who assisted me with my order was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for excellent service and product. Extremely satisfied.
