USThere was a problem with my package… There was a problem with my package being delivered to my home. The staff e-mailed me right away and worked out a plan to have my package expedited back to me. They were patient and professional with me and my concerns. I just received my package! I especially appreciate Marissa Surges for her caring and kind nature in her communications with me.

USSLOW. UNRELIABLE INFO. FORGETFUL. MISSING ITEMS. Fulfills some pet supply orders for American Kennel Club shopping website—not a disclosed fact, I found this out the hard way. AKC comes across as limited in dealing with this company. ? Twice my AKC Shop orders came through this company, both times, the orders just sat for several days after receiving FedEx tracking numbers—FedEx explained this company using Smartpost is responsible for package drop off at a FedEx location—these particular orders both weighed less than 3 lbs and I paid shipping. Third Party Pet has completely forgotten to ship one order. And, my last order which also sat for several days before being dropped off with FedEx was missing an item. Based on all my experience with this company, it’s easy to anticipate their causing AKC (see review) to be slow with a refund. I did inform them they should not generate tracking number until package is scanned by carrier...and I inquired with carrier about the practice. Edited 11/6/18
