GBFound the Flooring We Needed We were very glad to find the flooring we needed, as Home Depot said they were out of stock. Super Arbor had what we needed. We had questions and called their sales department. A very helpful and friendly lady was able to answer our questions. We then were able to use their website to place the order. One thing that they could improve is a better way to delete items in the Shopping Cart. We had to update the quantity down to 0 to remove an order we accidently added. But overall, a very good experience.

GBSuper Arbor: A great resource for great products and great prices! The local retailer was unable to supply the product I was needing because it was being discontinued.after researching the net I discovered that Super Arbor has the product and at a better price. Thank You Super Arbor!

GBDECEPTIVE REVIEWS and POOR BUSINESS This company and its reviews are HIGHLY DECEPTIVE. If you read the reviews, most of the 5 star ratings are provided at the initial order and NOT AFTER PRODUCT ARRIVAL. You then see the "Update" that the wrong product was shipped of the product never got there, refunds were rare as was communication. I ordered a prodect, had repeated requests for shipping fees that were supposed to be free and then found out the product I wanted was discontinued. They could not get it but they kept trying to charge me. I cancelled my order and I am now waiting for the shipping fee refund. I may just have to visit their office personally to get it.
