I ran into a snafu with a discount which was misapplied due to "time out" of the website...I walked away and came back and was logged off. The President of the company honored the discount I thought I was getting despite the mistake basically happening on my end (the ordering part). It is nice to see a company standing behind their customer experience and service from the top of the company on downward. Nice work and thank you!

Excellent service and product Without trying to kick down the door to prove its mettle, this product is excellent. The idea is really fantastic. The price is a bargain if it only stops a home invasion once! It's certainly a less expensive alternative to a metal door frame. Customer service was fantastic! We've referred several people to Armor Concepts already!

Awesome Product and Company Heard about the product on Fox News and was looking for a Solution to secure the front door. Purchased product and installed It. Excellent fit, high quality and durable. I had one issue with the Door Guards (my Door was a bit smaller) and called The company for Assistance. Excellent customer service and spoke with the company owner Alan who picked up the phone. Not often you get to speak directly with an owner who resolved the issue within 5 minutes. Sent me replacement parts free of charge. Alan wasn’t even in the office yet and answered my call from his house. Excellent company to do business with. Responsive, stands by their product, and top notch customer service. By the way, the product secured the front door like no other product in the market…

Great Service and Product Although I hope to never have it tested the EZ Armour arrived as described and installation was fairly easy. Door and jamb spacing are important to ensure the door doesn't catch but this is clear in the instructions. Keep in mind that if your alarm magnet is in the installation area it will need to be relocated. Ordering was a breeze also.

Simple way to add door entry reinforcement I installed these door jamb guards due to recent break ins in our neighborhood. I don't know if they'll hold up against forced entry as advertised but I do think they'll add another layer of protection against a kick-in. That is...after installation...I can see how it offers significant reinforcement to the door jamb. The strike plate covers are at least 3 feet long & are attached using 3 1/2 inch screws.
