Great product but VERY VERY POOR Shipping experience Affordable Blinds product we have used is pretty good and their lifetime warranty is good. We ordered blinds from them in Feb 2024 and they were scheduled to be delivered on 28Feb2024 but they were delivered to a wrong address by FedEx. The delivery picture taken by the FedEx did not show where the products were delivered. We contacted FedEx about this and they directed us to the shipper (Affordable Blinds). After talking with Affordable they requested a fee for rerouting which we paid. However, we were told that FedEx couldn’t reroute. I suppose because FedEx couldn’t find the products. I am not glad that Affordable accepted FedEx claim that they couldn’t reroute given the fact the delivery pic did not show where the products were delivered. Affordable should press FedEx for more information about where the driver delivered the products. As at the time of this review, our products are missing and may not be found.
