Delighted by the sea. We ordered our kitchen worktops from Mayfair Granite. The quote was good. The survey of the kitchen was carried out efficiently by a qualified Stonemason who was both courteous and knowledgeable in every aspect of his trade. Great customer service Great customer service, efficient and very helpful. Lots of help when deciding what to choose. Templating and fitting also great and we were kept informed and updated throughout.

Kitchen problem. We had a space in our new kitchen which was an unusual shape. Our supplier said that they couldn't make a worktop to fit, so I contacted Mayfair who gave me a quote which was very reasonable. They came out, measured up, and in less than two weeks fitted the worktop. An excellent job, it fitted perfectly, the fitter was very pleasant and professional. Well pleased!!.

We do not recommend Mayfair granite. Placing the order after their very good sales pitch was straightforward. After installation, on the same day, we discover a part of the worktop has a scratch - phoned them and email them. Since today I am still waiting for a resolution (they kept telling me to use "wonder wipes"). Nothing worked. We had someone external to have a look, the person says it may require polishing a little as it seems to be factory damage or carrier damage where another part of the quartz touched it. Added to that, Although we paid, no final invoice confirming all the money paid and no product guaranty. We will be making a claim via our card issuer. We do not recommend Mayfair granite. Stick with whoever is supplying your kitchen as service would be better. We should have!

100% recommended We chose Mayfair Granite after shopping around and looking at a few places. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, the templater was very thorough and the fitters were exceptional, the quality of the product and fit is second to none, the fitters helped us install the induction hob after which was a nice touch. Mayfair weren’t the cheapest but as they say, you get what you pay for!
