Beautiful flooring Picked out 5 samples online. Great communication for confirmation and shipping. Received all samples packed nicely in a box. It really helped to see the color and touch the product in person. When we start our project we will definitely be using Flooret on our floors. Top quality.

Excellent product and service. The Flooret LVP is a really solid product. Whereas most other manufacturers will repeat with little variation, the Flooret planks stagger and flip patterns so you are less likely to get exact repeats. We went with the Soho Base, and we're really pleased with the aesthetics. In addition, I had some additional compatibility issues with different runs/batches ordered, but customer service was able to assist and resolve without further issues. The experience left me very satisfied. I have another project where I used TrafficMaster laminate flooring, and when I will inevitably have to replace that floor, I will aim to use Flooret instead—the upfront cost makes up for the labor and time you'll have to invest with any other product. Referencing some reviews that I see here, I did observe some mild separation, but unpacking and letting the flooring sit out should help mitigate that issue (it is vinyl after all).

FANTASTIC quality and customer service First of all, their vinyl plank floors are top of the line and gorgeous, and truly look as close to real wood as possible. So worth it to upgrade to these premium floors. Second, their customer service is unparalleled- Ive never had such friendly, patient, and cheerful support. Will absolutely be working with Flooret again.

We ordered our floors in July with an… We ordered our floors in July with an Aug - Sept delivery date. An update on September 1st via email gave a date range in October, which has also been passed. I called and spoke to a friendly gentleman on the phone, yet there is no ETA. I'm starting to think this product only exists in images and samples. I realize sourcing is a bit out of control, but the lack of updates is really disappointing. It's back to the drawing board to find a product that actually exists outside of samples. Our goal now is to find one that we like, then cancel our order.

New installed flooret flooring Delivery of samples and the ordered flooring was great and quickly done. The floor itself has been installed and we love it! Our contractor and his team had no problems installing the flooring. The installation, including removing the old flooring and new kick plates for our cabinets and painting and installing new baseboards, was done in 1 day.
