The staff was very responsive to questions we had during our stay and the text feature was preferred for me to communicate with them! Our condo was well equipped, clean and a joy to stay in. As a Repeat Customer, I Couldn't be Happier As a repeat customer, SummitCove provides excellent friendly service from check in to check out. They are prompt to respond to challenges and accomodating when possible for early check in and late check out. On our most recent trip, when running low on firewood, they dispatched an employee who delivered and stack two large bags full of wood to keep us warm during the cold snowy nights. Kids first time seeing "REAL" snow! Kids first time seeing "REAL" snow! Our first time in CO and teen/adult children's first time seeing snow other than the few flakes we get in GA. Our stay at Dakota Lodge 8518 was superb! Price was reasonable for being right in the heart of River Run Village. Check-in was quick and easy and staff very pleasant. They offered early check-in if available (and it was) which was great since we had been traveling all night. The pictures on the website were accurate except that the condo was much more spacious than we anticipated. I appreciate that Summit Cove has pictures and shows bedding arrangements instead of just how many it sleeps. We traveled with 6 adults and needed to know how the beds were arranged.

Five years with Summit Cove Lodging We've stayed with Summit Cove Lodging properties over 5 years, twice in the same town homes. Overall the places have been clean and roomy - great locations, and the staff friendly and most cooperative.
