Kids first time seeing "REAL" snow! Kids first time seeing "REAL" snow! Our first time in CO and teen/adult children's first time seeing snow other than the few flakes we get in GA. Our stay at Dakota Lodge 8518 was superb! Price was reasonable for being right in the heart of River Run Village. Check-in was quick and easy and staff very pleasant. They offered early check-in if available (and it was) which was great since we had been traveling all night. The pictures on the website were accurate except that the condo was much more spacious than we anticipated. I appreciate that Summit Cove has pictures and shows bedding arrangements instead of just how many it sleeps. We traveled with 6 adults and needed to know how the beds were arranged.

AWESOME SERVICE We booked through SummitCove lodging twice, October 2017 & October 2019. Both experiences were awesome!! We are planning to come back in March 2021 & will definitely book through them again. I had tons of questions, some not even lodging related and they still took the time to help me and give advice. Thanks for the great experiences!!

Enjoyable! The Management Company was responsive to our requests. The condo we stayed in was beautiful and clean. Short trip or walking distance to the convenience store. There is a paved trail close by to enjoy a stroll. Basic amenities were provided. We enjoyed grilling outdoors. Restaurants are offering great discounts for carry-out orders. The only issue we had was the hammering of construction or decorating for the holidays from 9AM to 3PM by the neighbors. Otherwise, the stay was quiet and relaxing. Keystone and the surrounding towns are enjoyable!

Nice facility, enjoyed stay, but some major deficiencies We liked the location and general layout of the condo. What we did not like were (1) it was terribly hot in the rooms during the day without air conditioning. More fans or water coolers might help, as well as instructions at check-in about them, (2) billiards equipment in common area was often not available, limited number of cues, lack of adequate cue chalk, and no powder, (3) living room furniture and dining room chairs were very uncomfortable; recliner was broken, and (4) TV and cable were not wired and working at check-in requiring maintenance to fix quickly. Pool and hot tub were nice. Family friendly for all ages.

Summit Cove was awesome as usual Summit Cove was awesome as usual. They are always so helpful and accommodating. We have used them for years and will continue to do so. I would reconsider Mountain View Rentals for your rental needs. The guy working the evening of 1/14/21, that checked us in, was extremely rude and acted like we owed him a favor for his services. The people there when we returned our equipment were much better to deal with and friendly.
