Honesty and Integrity During the renovation of our son's condo in Boston, some contractors tried to take advantage of our proximity! Harry's Carpet Store couldn't do the work in two day notice which I perfectly understand. Our friend's nephew went out of the way and installed the carpeting on the stairs with very little notice:)) They had to work extra hours in order to accommodate us! Harry's Capet Store treated us very well. Did all area rugs out of the remnants very nicely. Every single employee was nice and kind. Thank you.

Excellent Service & GREAT people! I have been doing business with Harry's Carpet One for over 25 years and my father has done business with Harry for close to 40 years! Harry's offers a great selection of flooring materials at competitive prices but their customer service is where it's at. Brian Lowe is my rep and is always there when we need him and he has never disappointed us. I mentioned in the store that I was purchasing the Lee rugs because of the guarantee. The store never informed me that it is only covered if it is a wall to wall rug .I paid over $1000 for the rugs and picked them up myself. I returned to the store and expressed I was unhappy. They gave me the name of a rug cleaning company.
