Reliable and fast service Reliable and fast service. I'm from Puerto Rico and a friend dropped off my Cartier briefcase at the Saks location. I am a Leather Spa customer, since my daughter lived in New York, but she moved to Puerto Rico during the pandemic. I found out I could mail it, but since my friend was traveling to the city, she took care of it. I requested the delivery service to my home when it was ready, paid the fee and TAN TAN! My briefcase arrived in less than a week. Very happy for the service! I will definitely use Leather Spa whenever I need to repair or clean some of my leather bags or shoes.

The bag had a lot of beading missing, and they tried to source the beads to repairs. I really appreciate the effort. From now on, all of my repairs will be done by Leather Spa.
