Bidet arrived 2 days after I placed my order. The bidet itself is easy to mount (done in 20 minutes). Everything is working perfectly as it should. Easy to install with household tools Easy to install with household tools. I'd prefer the threads on the main arm to be longer for easier installation of water source On the minus side, the threads could be metal to metal. Overall, very satisfied with device so far.
