Brittany is a rock star! Recently, my wife and I decided to have our master bathroom remodeled and we couldn't be happier. We searched around the area to find a reputable designer but just weren't able to find someone we connected with to meet our style preferences. We decided to stop by J and J and immediately, we knew we were in the right place. Brittany who was already with a few customers, acknowledged our presence and didn't leave us just standing there. When she was finished, she invited us to take a seat and asked what we were looking for. We didn't need to give her a lot of details, she seemed to already have a design formulating in her mind as we were talking. I can say that what she put together for us was absolutely amazing. The design she put together is so beautiful, we decided to have her continue into the master bedroom. It was a big job, which required a lot of different contractors. To my surprise, every single one of them were on time everyday for the 4 weeks it took to finish. Brittany is a rock star! I've had remodels in the past and have done a few myself, but this was the best experience we've had with a job this big. Our new hardwood floors are beautiful! Our experience from beginning to completion was great. They are professional, friendly, and their workmanship was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.

I was extremely pleased with J&J and … I was extremely pleased with J&J and will definitely use them again. From my initial visit on a busy Saturday when there was only one salesperson working to the final installation, everyone provided outstanding customer service. Brad was fantastic. The installer, (I think his name was John) was extremely professional and outstanding at his job. I was so impressed, when the job was finished and he had packed up and left, 20 minutes later, he came back because he realized that he forgot to put one of the doors back up. That says a lot about a person and company's work ethic! Besides the outstanding service, the quality of flooring is great and I couldn't be happier with it.
