I live in upstate NY and was initially a bit hesitant about buying such an expensive hot tub (and how it would fair in the below-freezing winter), but after weeks of research and dozens of phone calls with different vendors, it became 100% clear that Designer Home Spas was the way to go. 6 months in, the spa is incredibly durable and has brought me - and my family - more joy than I could have imagined. The team was able to successfully navigate challenges of a rooftop install in a metro area while still delivering a class “a” product. Team has been highly responsive on questions and the product is in a league of its own versus “regular” tubs.

Excellent Relationship After Sale Introduced by our Architect. Cube Spa was added to our roof deck on Cape Cod. Designer Home Spas coordinated with our builders to overcome all challenges. Phenomenal product and service I am an architect and up until now all our projects had pools and spas that are built on site. The Cube spa was the first spa that I found, which was ready made and at the level of sleekness and modern design that fits our high end homes. The cost was significantly less expensive than building the spa on site and the help and service that we received from the team at Designer Home Spas was fantastic.
