5/5 WOULD RECOMMEND I've been looking for a window covering company that is both honest and affordable. They come out for a measure, give you recommendations on site and bring along with them a huge sample box filled with Shutter frames, colors and fabric choices for Shades. I ended up going with Shades as they are more affordable and I am so pleased with the result! Their Zebra Shades offer the perfect amount of lighting and privacy and I love how modern it makes my home look. They have over 100 different fabric designs to choose from and I was able to mix and match to compliment my home. Everything from the measure, placing my order and installation was professionally handled and I will definitely be using this company again for any future window coverings!

Service: Service: From start to finish, I couldn't recommend a more professional and friendly company to go to for new window blinds. We ordered shutters for two large windows in our living room, a window in our dinning room, and one for a bedroom. The sales person was able to answer all of our questions and provided valuable suggestions. It didn't feel like they were just trying to earn our money, but genuinely wanted to help us reach our home improvement goals. The person who came to install the shutters was able to finish the job quickly without losing precision. It was amazing how efficient he was with his time in assembling the pieces. The entire project took less than half the day; everything was on time. It was also a plus that the owner followed up with us after the project. Product: The shutters have a great modern design. The whole frame is light, yet very sturdy. It doesn't feel like they are giving you cheap materials. The shutters are segmented into different chunks (top, down, left, right), so you can also vary the degree of sunlight that shines in at different locations! We love the control we now have in lighting different parts of our rooms. You can't get this with traditional blinds! Price: Lastly, the price was amazing. They are very competitive on the market! We compared with JCPenney and other department stores and chose Shutter & Shade over them. Overall everything was done on time and as promised. Very satisfied with their service and product.

Came over for a free measure and brought all samples on site. Walked me through all my options and made sure all my questions were answered. Installation was quick and efficient. I needed new shutters for new windows … I needed new shutters for new windows when I got a contractor to enclose our small patio above our garage. I was able to do the measurements with the help of my contractor. The quality of these shutters are amazing! They are beautiful, elegant, and perfect! The installation was done in an hour. I highly recommend them!

Quality service Fantastic customer service from beginning to end. They walked me through all the options for my windows. My windows are shallow and I was unable to do a lot of the standard frames. However, they were very quickly able to help me come to a solution by adding a buildout to my frames. Previous companies who quoted me in the past did not offer this option to me and I appreciate Shutter Shade Shoppe for spending extra time with me on my order to ensure that everything fit perfectly.
