Excellent Company! We are extremely please with the CIA. Everyone I have spoken with or had contact with are professional and helpful. You have been able to send someone out almost immediately every time. The technician arrives in a timely manner and get usually figures out the issue quickly. All contact is professional. The product has been great. Once we figured out a few of the camera issues (it was a challenge and all were a delight putting up with my calls) we have had no issues. In a few years, we will be looking to replace our door alarm system and you will be the first company I call. If you need a recommendation or testimony, I will be happy to provide one. I am very happy I found your company!

We have been very pleased with the… We have been very pleased with the service. CIA has been there for us to alert us when our alarm went off a few times. We have also had CIA test our system, and help us to reset our alarm after a temporary office move. CIA has also provided us with a report of entrance/exit to our building over a period of a few days when something was missing. CIA has been very helpful.

came out in timely matter to look at… came out in timely matter to look at and address issue with faulty camera. diagnosed issue and made recommendation. only signed work tablet so did not leave any paperwork for recommendations to review. had to contact company for future pricing and or replacement.
