Love the carpet but it was never … Love the carpet but it was never mentioned to me that I had to have a certain vacuum for it. I have a Dyson...that didn't work on this carpet and I love my Dyson so now I have to buy another vacuum to use just in my bedroom. THAT certainly did NOT make me happy. Other than that, the carpet is great.

Bob was very thorough in his measurements and a pleasure to work with through out the project. The installers were experienced and Randy even caught a problem with our toilet which we were able to fix right away. The follow up from the store and especially Jodi has been great. I highly recommend choosing Dulmes as your go to for all your flooring needs!

The flooring itself is very nice and … The flooring itself is very nice and dealing with the people of Dulmes has been very smooth. Some of the install could have been completed better (the installers messed up our trim when installing the floor). Other than that, everything went well.

Tim, the Chief Installer, discovered that our existing padding was more appropriate for transit with a wheel chair, which was important to us because one of our adult children uses a wheel chair when she visits us. This not only saved us money, but produced a floor treatment better suited to our needs. It is very comforting when one is new to a city to find such trustworthy people to deal with.
