Better quality than the "name brand" Better quality than the "name brand" Prompt shipping, exactly as described. Used to purchase off Amazon and was disappointed when I couldn't find them anymore. Very glad to find Firik is still selling them here.

Fast shipping, product as advertised This is my second order from this shop, and it arrived even faster than the first one (like, "next day" fast). I usually won't order from shops like this one because it doesn't have many items, and it's not what we are accustomed to seeing in these days of fancy sites, but my hands were tied since the generic (and better) refill cassettes for my litter containment system are no longer available on Amazon. Having taken a chance, I'm glad I did---both times this seller has come through. One thing to note: Both orders were shipped using Amazon boxes, and from what appears to be an Amazon facility. So I don't know what is going on with that, since this product is no longer available on Amazon directly, but ordering from firikshop.com has thus far yielded excellent results.

Kept in contact through delays Due to the large amount of orders causing delays, the package took ages to arrive. I appreciated the updates, as without them I would have assumed it was just a scam until it showed up over a month later!
