GBI ordered 6 tubes of Plastic Wood… I ordered 6 tubes of Plastic Wood (walnut). Five worked well, but one was unusable as it had hardened too much inside. According to DAP, the product has a one-year shelf life, so this one tube was probably too old. Shipping was fast.

GBVery confusing process I ordered 24 units as that was the most your system would let me order. Then I got 10 in one box and then a few days later I got refunded for 2 of them. Then I got 12 more a few days later. The whole time I was getting no communication from you guys as to what was going on. Probably my last order from you guys. So did eventually get what I paid for, but it was a weird experience.

GBBuyer beware Buyer beware! Horrible return and cancellation policies! Ordered a drain grate, realized it was the wrong size and tried to cancel the order a few hours later. The delivery is a week out, so I know it hasn’t been packed or shipped, but their standard policy is to refuse to cancel the order after 45 minutes! Ridiculous! Said I could refuse delivery when it is shipped! Like someone can afford to wait around on their front porch all week until the delivery arrives. Onerous business policies that screw their customers into the ground. Do not buy from them.
