GBGreat quality, great price Love the product and so happy I could find the color I needed to finish my flooring even though Home Depot showed it as discontinued. The only thing I didn't like was lack if communication. It did take almost a month to recieve my product, which was fine, but I would have liked more communication on when it was expected to arrive.

GBIf I could select 0 stars I would If I could select 0 I would. Placed order 1/30/24. Acknowledged by email 1/30/24. No shipping email by 2/9/24. CS says they respond to emails in 4-5 hours. No. Automated reply in 4 hours saying real response in 4-5 business days. Didn't happen. Called 2/8, informed hold time 95 minutes before it disconnected. Called back. Robot said record a message, then disconnected before I could. Called back. Robot said I could leave a message, or for faster response send an email. Funny. Called back 2/9. Actual person with limited English said item may ship on 2/20 or 2/21. Cancelled order. Got an email saying allow up to 7 business days to cancel the order. Never again.
