I only gave 4 stars because we just… I only gave 4 stars because we just placed our order. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was easy. I like that they offer payment upon shipping and not in advance, since we've never used this company before. But thankful they had the flooring we've been looking for. Some of the reviews have me concerned, so fingers crossed for a smooth finish on our order. And we'll see if the shipping costs are actually free, even if they have to increase them from the original quote at time of purchase. I'll give an update upon item arrival. UPDATE: I called and left a message. Customer service called me back within 30 minutes and answered the questions I had. They also responded on chat. 2.26.24

Found an exclusive ceiling fan at Arbor and at a great price! I was looking for a particular ceiling fan and it was said to be a Lowes exclusive. I found it at Arbor and at the same great price. It was easy to order and now I am just waiting for it to arrive so my hubby can install it. 😊

Total Scam!!! Total Scam!!!! Purchased a saw from them. Got the typical order confirmation email, saying I would receive a email when sent. I never received shipping email. Estimated arrival date came and went, no saw. I called about the status of my order, but never able to talk to a person. Looked into company, only to discover I had been scammed like everyone else. Don't order from them!!!!

If I could select 0 stars I would If I could select 0 I would. Placed order 1/30/24. Acknowledged by email 1/30/24. No shipping email by 2/9/24. CS says they respond to emails in 4-5 hours. No. Automated reply in 4 hours saying real response in 4-5 business days. Didn't happen. Called 2/8, informed hold time 95 minutes before it disconnected. Called back. Robot said record a message, then disconnected before I could. Called back. Robot said I could leave a message, or for faster response send an email. Funny. Called back 2/9. Actual person with limited English said item may ship on 2/20 or 2/21. Cancelled order. Got an email saying allow up to 7 business days to cancel the order. Never again.

ordering flooring was easy I Was looking for a certain brand and color and this company advertised that they carryed the flooring. Waiting for e-mail confermation that its been shipped. They have a lot of high quality products to choose from. And ordering was very easy.
