GBThey sent me a wrong model so I had to… They sent me a wrong model so I had to email them. But their staff named Jen did apologize and fixed it promptly. She sent me a new one which arrived the next day. So I am pleased with their service. Product is not bad and helps relaxes my tired bones after a long day at work. I would recommend this product and company as they have a good sense of responsibility.
