My research included- 1 popular flooring company, 1 local company and 1 labor only handyman. You said it, Most expensive is the popular flooring where the agent drives a 7 series BMW. The handyman works over 2 weeks and charges the same as the local company with no warranty What the, least is the local company who did our first floor. Why not go the latter in the first place? They were offering the crappy “Luxury” vinyl which is nothing but plastics- toxic right? Hell yeah! So I managed to work with the local guy and ordered from Hardwood Bargain risking it almost 6k- I reviewed the company through BBB and Justin has been very professional- sent a sample- exact match with 1st floor and sends all necessary docu sign docs And ships the next day by FedEx Ground and freight. I am happy with purchase it is up to local company to install it properly. I am glad I purchased through Hardwood Bargains based in Texas
