I'm staying at the Kukun Cdmxon Av… I'm staying at the Kukun on Av Insurgentes sur, Mexico city. I arrived and you need a code to get into your room, I was never sent one. I talked to the girl in the lobby,( who spoke no English at all) she had no idea about the code..??! She ended up calling her boss who finally gave me the code. While I don't go around expecting everyone to speak English, it may be helpful, in an international hotel in a major city to hire staff who speak a little bit ( I witnessed other guests struggling too) and know how to get into your room! The space is lovely! Everything seems brand new! The rooftop is amazing! Lovely lounge and view of the city up there. Another peev was nowhere is there a wifi password! I asked the girl in the lobby ( again, no clue) she gave me the password for the lobby which doesn't work in my room. I went on the site, couldn't find it. Very annoying. The stove is impossible to understand and there are NO instructions! Kitchen is small but great otherwise, with everything you need. Lovely comfy bed! All in all with these tweaks it could be the perfect place to stay at a great price in the middle of everything in CDMX.
