USWe needed a statement pendant in the… We needed a statement pendant in the entryway to our small vacation cabin. When I saw this I was obsessed and hoped it was as nice as it looks in the photos. It's now installed and I'm still obsessed. The green of the shades matches our couch and, overall, the fixture is just really interesting. Great value for the uniqueness of the fixture.

USUnfortunate Unfortunately, my pendant light arrived without a canopy or bracket. Useless. And consumer help is basically nonexistent. If I had known the delivery was going to be on a slow boat from China (for real) I would have passed. Waited for months; so disappointed.

USThis was exactly the style I wanted for… This was exactly the style I wanted for a vanity area with a high celling. Excellent price for a stylish pendant. My husband didn't have any issue installing it.
Caveat Emptor
USBuyer Beware! The pair of pendant lights we ordered arrived intact after a four week journey from China. The colors were slightly mismatched. We had a lot of problems trying to get them to work. Initially, it was difficult to work out which bulbs would fit them. No instructions or parts lists were included. There were other issues, mainly due to the poor quality of their various components. After a number of failures in the first few days my partner, who is an engineer, completely rebuilt them using standard US electrical components and bulbs. They look a little different but work fine now. We have received no response from HomDIY so, after two weeks, we decided to post this as a warning to prospective buyers.

CAWorst Customer Service The customer agent named 'Helen' is passive-agressive, not centered on finding a solution. I was in the right time delay to ask for a return/refund, she proposed a 15% refund. She told me to send the product back at my own expenses, which was 60$ CAD for a 90$ product. The reason for the return was because their product is cheap made and awful looking. It's made of cheap plastic and clearly is not respecting the electricity norms.
