I ordered 2 light fixtures I ordered 2 light fixtures. Both took a long time to arrive, the first was the wrong fixture the second seems to be the correct unit (although i have not installed it to check if it works). For the wrong fixture, initial support was proactive (if somewhat difficult with the same questions being asked repeatedly). Eventually I was told a replacement light would be issued. However, I have now heard nothing for 1 month after 3 chasers. Be very cautious using this company, it seems orders go wrong regularly and when they do it will be time consuming and you run the risk of losing your money. Additional edit: it is also worth noting I received email confirmation that I had submitted positive reviews for their products - before they even arrived! I did not leave the review, suggesting there are some shady practices be used.

We needed a statement pendant in the… We needed a statement pendant in the entryway to our small vacation cabin. When I saw this I was obsessed and hoped it was as nice as it looks in the photos. It's now installed and I'm still obsessed. The green of the shades matches our couch and, overall, the fixture is just really interesting. Great value for the uniqueness of the fixture.

Buyer Beware! The pair of pendant lights we ordered arrived intact after a four week journey from China. The colors were slightly mismatched. We had a lot of problems trying to get them to work. Initially, it was difficult to work out which bulbs would fit them. No instructions or parts lists were included. There were other issues, mainly due to the poor quality of their various components. After a number of failures in the first few days my partner, who is an engineer, completely rebuilt them using standard US electrical components and bulbs. They look a little different but work fine now. We have received no response from HomDIY so, after two weeks, we decided to post this as a warning to prospective buyers.

I tried to cancel order immediately and there was no option to cancel. I emailed Homidy to receive an email 2 days later they would only refund me 10% of my purchase which was 157.00 for the light fixture. Do not buy from this company.
