GBTerrible experience I ordered a light on January 5. It finally arrived on February 3 but it was completely smashed in the packaging. They initially offered to send me a replacement and then stopped replying to my emails. I filed a claim with UPS as well because it arrived damaged, but UPS says that homdiy has still not replied to them to complete that process. It was a beautiful looking lamp and I was excited to have it, but it seems like this is not a trustworthy company.

GBStay Away!! Horrible company. Cheap products and takes WEEKS to arrive. Virtually no customer service and no one to resolve any issues.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a light in early February and it still hasn’t arrived. They sent an email saying it shipped but the tracking number is bogus. I have asked for a refund and…crickets. They take your money and you get nothing. I’ve filed complaints with BBB!

GBBeware!!!!I wouldn't give this company… Beware!!!!I wouldn't give this company a 1 star if I didn't have to chose one. I ordered a piece and realized it's not the right size. I tried to cancel order immediately and there was no option to cancel. I emailed Homidy to receive an email 2 days later they would only refund me 10% of my purchase which was 157.00 for the light fixture. Do not buy from this company.
