I placed an via internet on July 2,2020… I placed an via internet on July 2,2020 Ordered 2 pen knives and an extendable tazer baton and expedited shipping. On the 8th I still hadn't received my order so I sent an email and was emailed back on the 9th. I was then told that " Sometimes the USPS will mark a package delivered when they in fact had not delivered said package" Then was prompted to call back in a few days if I didn't receive my order. Days past no order on the 15th I called back and was told that my order would be resent on the 18 I receive 1 pen. Waited until today the 21st to recall seeing that I still hadn't received my full order. Here's where it gets frustrating I was then told that it was never reported that I didn't receive my entire order and that they would refund my money for the pens (Even though I received 1) but I still have to wait until friday July 24th to get a refund on the Tazer baton. To say the least I am upset but Ashley the phone tech done everything she could to put me at ease and assure me I wasn't being scammed. The customer service is why I give them a three. Although Ashley deserves five stars. Hopefully, My money will be returned and I can leave this company in good graces.

Great People! Everyone is your buddy when you're giving them money but you really learn about them when something isn't 100%. The people at the Home Security Superstore are the best! 13/10 recommend!
