We placed our order before noon on… We placed our order before noon on Thursday with 2 day shipping. We understand the 2 day shipping goes into affect once the product ships. However when I called Monday to follow up on the order I was told the item was out of stock at the time the order was placed but expected to be in soon.... I asked if there was a notification sent that I may have overlooked and was told no. When we place an order and pay extra for quicker shipping, we are in need of the part quickly. This was our first experience with your company, and it is discouraging to know I have to keep a close eye on my order as a result of not being notified there might be a delay in processing.
