Good customer service Product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Ordered the 2-10 Ml bottle of Lumen pro and one of the bottles was a little defective. Emailed customer service at Lumen Pro and they sent out a replacement bottle and it arrived in about 5 days compared to the first order that took ten days.If the product works after 5-6 weeks I will order more otherwise I won't bother

Heliostatix is wonderful to deal with.. Heliostatix is wonderful to deal with, they’re always very helpful. I appreciate the Lumenpro eye drops for my beloved Rat Terrier who’s suffered from cataracts in her older years. These eye drops are helping to save Saydee Jo’s vision. I’m thankful to have found Heliostax and their product.

Product was late arriving Product was late arriving, to the point we ran out thus affecting treatment of dog's cataracts. Product was shipped from your Los Angeles warehouse rather than your Ottawa warehouse, which had an impact on collection of costs for the product being imported into Canada. Charges had to be paid at the door to postal delivery person.

Flavor is fine and he seems happier! My dog seems to have no issue with the flavor (dogs never seem to anyway :p) but he has some sight problems developing cataracts. I suppose it’s a longer term to see results or it’s slow steady progress. His spirits seemed to be down lately, but he seems happy we now and has a little more pep in her step.

My 12 year old dog loves it Great ingredients in the lumenpro health eye supplement power. My dog likes the taste when added to his food unlike other supplements where he is put off by the taste/smell. Great extra nutrients for him as he is getting older
