I run a remodeling service for baths, kitchens, basement builds, 3/4 full rebuilds etc., trash has been an issue and I'm glad this company can fill all our needs of our projects! Very impolite and unprofessional I called and spoke with Susan in regards to some pricing on dumpsters for a local job that I had. I did not have the exact address of the job as I was not in my office at the time of the phone call although I didn’t know the ZIP Code. She proceeded to be very rude, nasty, and unprofessional, and offered no help at all. I will not try to do any more business with this company in the future due to the way I was spoke to from her.

I used this service and received an overage charge on the first dumpster., but I received an overage charge on the second and was relieved that this was an easy way for this company to make extra profit.

Customer Service isn't Trash TJ is cerebral and understanding the ebbs and flows of construction. In saying this, during such phases he has been very communicative on the process and efficient with responding to drop offs and pick ups. I would use them again, in fact I have them populated as a contact in future commercial prospect jobs coming up in 2024. Due to their communication and customer service I would encourage others to check them out.
