I had a severe odour problem in a CD… I had a severe odour problem in a CD player that I purchased online; it was obvious that the player had been previously stored somewhere where a really bad odour had permeated it. But it was a very expensive,high end player so I didn’t want to have to throw it away. I had tried a number of commercial odour eliminators but none of them worked at all, until I found “Biocide Systems Room Shocker” I placed the CD player on small table in a vacant room upstairs in my house, activated the Biocide Room Shocker, closed the door and then waited. When I returned about eight hours later, the odour was completely gone without any damage to the player or residue left behind. There was a slight chlorine smell in the room, but both the player and the room smelled really clean. The chlorine smell dissipated after opening the window and letting fresh air enter the room, and the odour problem had been completely eliminated. Strong Chlorine Odor after 48 Hours Have used Biocide aerosol in past and it worked perfectly with zero residual odor. This product, "Room Shocker" was recommended for rooms "up tp 400 square feet", and was deployed in a 1500+ square foot basement apartment. After 48 hours, then several hours of open door/window ventilation, the STRONG chlorine odor is persistent. It even found its way to the upstairs apartment as well. As I write this review, I feel like I'm standing over a swimming pool. I do not recommend!

Worked like a charm! Years ago, I needed room and auto shocker after a skunk encounter in my small house. Tried again when I moved into an apartment with stale smell from prior tenant smoking and cats; most recent tenant wasn't able to get rid of the smell. Room shocker did it. Delivered earlier than estimated and worked like a charm.
