He called ahead of the scheduled time window to give me an update on the time he would arrive, arrived on time, and was very professional and thorough while he was cleaning the ducts in my home. We'll be using Lowe's again on our other home!

GBAwesome team, great results, easy process! We called and got an appointment for vent cleaning in the same week. Oswaldo Garcia was extremely nice and the cleaning needed was definitely more than we expected, but they took care of everything and more. Price was expensive but competitive with all other providers we talked to, and we felt like we could trust the Lowes team to do a good job from the start. The whole process was extremely smooth.
