Fantastic Work... The team notified us they were on the way, arrived on time, and worked hard cleaning our ductwork for over 6 hours. The showed us pictures along the way so we could see the progress and quality, as well as to ask questions. The difference afterwards is noticeable. The team did a fine job, cleanup up after themselves and were polite as well as thorough.

The technicians were great The technicians were on time, friendly, and courteous (even put on shoe covers to come into my place, which was very appreciated). They were great at answering my questions and explained the work they were going to do before doing it. They asked before performing anything that would cost extra and were transparent about pricing. They cleaned up after themselves and even sent pictures when the work was done along with prompt sending of receipts and invoices . I recommend. Im in Arlington VA but my invoice says it was the lowes in Columbia md.

Best service I have ever had Wonderful service. The technician, Belmont Hernandez,b was polite, knowledgeable. helpful and found a significant problem in the outgoing dryer tube on his first visit. I was able to have it fixed and he returned and finished his job. He spent a total of 3 and a half hours and did an amazing job, also saving me from a potential fire. I will ask for him again and recommend Lowes to all my friends. Great service and employees worth keeping.

Great experience with Lowe's Air! Great experience with Lowe's Air! Scheduling an appointment was easy and Luis from Lowe's was great. He called ahead of the scheduled time window to give me an update on the time he would arrive, arrived on time, and was very professional and thorough while he was cleaning the ducts in my home. We'll be using Lowe's again on our other home!

Did an excellent job Jose was professional, timely and explained exactly what he was going to do. At the end he gave us an honest opinion as to the condition our system was in . Really appreciated his hard work. I would recommend Lowes Air to others looking for thorough air duct cleaning.
