Great experience with Homero home… Great experience with Homero home cleaners. Both for regular cleaning and for more in depth cleaning prior to move.

Professional, affordable service I needed someone to come and clean the apartment I had just moved out of very quickly. I got a quote and was able to book the following day all within 15 minutes or so. Communication was great and very easy. The job was VERY thorough and well done. I would recommend this service to anyone in a similar situation. The apartment was left cleaner than when I moved in, to be honest. It's never looked so good I was a little sorry I was leaving!

Updated review : Homero This is an updated review to my earlier review in quotations. After posting my initial review, Jose got in touch with me and we tried to work with different timings on when Homero cleaning will come back to finish the job. Our calendars haven’t a aligned so far and I’m told that the cleaning lady will come back this week. Based on the current experience, Jose was responsive and I’ve had a pleasant experience. The 3 stars are because of the job pending but other than that I think our communication this time around was better. Once the cleaning lady comes back and finishes the job, I will provide a more updated review. “Jose was extremely difficult to work with. He postponed the cleaning services 4 times and would only inform me that cleaner will not arrive after an hour of when she was supposed to arrive. When I spoke to him about the delay, he said he gave me a great price so I should be flexible if there was a delay (what?!) I requested to get my entire apartment clean - 2 bed and 2 bath. He asked the lady to leave after completing 1 bed and 1 bath so I paid him half of the asked since she cleaned only half the apartment. Jose threatened to call his lawyers and the police which I don’t mind- I’m all for justice. He is extremely unprofessional and I will not recommend José. The cleaner was quiet and good and I could do all my work peacefully. My only problem is with Jose who asked her to leave after cleaning half the apartment. I paid for fee cleaning and I received only standard cleaning so overall bad experience. Red flags everywhere with communication. Will not recommend.”

I've been trying to find a good cleaner… I've been trying to find a good cleaner for so long, and I finally found one! She did an amazing job and even though I ordered a standard cleaning it almost feels like a deep clean. I highly recommend this company!

Great service all around Great service all around! Customer service is superb, and the quality of the cleaning is impeccable. I’ve tried many cleaning service companies, and this has got to be the best, primarily because of the lovely and supportive communication when you opt in for more frequent cleaning. You don’t feel trapped. It’s very flexible! Highly recommend.
