Very Happy Customer Really good communication from the company and Chris did an excellent job cleaning our double oven and hob - it's never looked so clean. He was also very tidy and didn't leave any mess.

Lack of oven cleaning I had booked for an oven cleaning today between the hours of 12 and 3. Nobody turned up to do the job. I booked this almost 3 weeks ago and arranged for a day off work. I got a phone call 2 and a half hours later from a manager asking if the technician was with me which we found rather puzzling. Very disappointed with this service. Will not be using this company going forward.

That was the best That was the best, most thorough cleaning of my appliances by any of your technicians I'd had before. I'm on a contract with Extreme Home Care for a home cleaning of 3 items 3 times a year. Saves me the bother of remembering to book as they are meticulous about making sure I'm booked in. I can choose any appliance but it's usually 1 or 2 ovens, always the hob, plus a choice of washing machine, dishwasher, or microwave occasionally.

Great Customer services Customer services kept me updated of any changes and ensured they also suited my schedule and not just the technicians. Technician arrived pretty much on time. Was friendly and did a fantastic job on my ovens.
