Gutter Cleaning service Had gutters initially cleaned in June. Few days later while speaking with Customer service Rep, who wanted to know how was the cleaning serv rec'd, I stated didn't know until next rain. Rep informed me if there was a problem to call. There was a missed blockage which Ned Stevens came back out and corrected the issue! I'm well pleased with their gutter services.

Frustrated with poor service I contracted with Ned Stevens to clean and maintain the gutters on my new home, the first time they came out their workers left a mess all over my pool patio. I had to call them to return to clean it up. Recently I have tried unsuccessfully over the last two weeks to schedule my next gutter cleaning, in both cases the online representative states he will call me back that day to set the cleaning up BUT NEVER DOES. They seem not to care about customer service and must not need my business, you should not have to beg a company to schedule and execute work. Do yourself a favor find another firm and give them your bushiness so you are not frustrated and having your time wasted by this one!

I have been a customer for more than 10… I have been a customer for more than 10 years. I have NEVER had a cause for complaint or dissatisfaction. If there is an issue, they come quickly to remedy the problem (usually very slight).

Waste of time Waste of time! Waited a week for a appointment anywhere between seven and four. Got up at 6:30 and started waiting! No communication as to a smaller window. I had asked for a gutter replacement and they showed up and started trying to clean my gutters. So I called the main office and they said they need to examine the gutter and clean it before they replace it. That’s the stupidest thing in my life I’ve ever heard. I said who examines an old gutter I said please just replace the thing and of course no one could speak English and no one knew a damn thing about Gutters. Ned Stevens whoever you are you can go to hell because this is a total big company one 800 number SCAM!

Workers arrived anxious to get the job… Workers arrived anxious to get the job done. They were fast, professional, treated myself and property with respect. All debris was cleaned up, hosed off the gutters and walkways. I very highly recommend your company!
