Always Reliable Cleaning Service Since we bought the house in 2003 and installed new carpeting we have used The Carpet Machine exclusively. We just had a good compliment from a guest knowing how old the carpet is and what good shape it is in. I attribute this to a good quality carpet, best padding underneath and always a good cleaning job done by your employees..

The carpet cleaner was late The carpet cleaner was late. The carpet has all the same stains it had before being cleaned. The cleaner said it was the type of carpet. The dirty parts are still dirty. Corners and transition edges still dirty. I really wanted to give a better review but I also want to be honest.
