Difficult job Mr. Norman was very thorough and kept me informed of his progress. The job was very challenging but he got it taken care of as promised.

I explained to Shamal that I have a LG dryer that will turn off frequently while drying, even though it was brand new dryer. I have 3 dogs and I didn’t know how bad my dryer vents was. Shamal stated that I needed my dryer vent cleaned and that it is a safety hazard for my home to have dryer vents full of hair and etc. Shamal was quick to schedule an appointment to help with my needs. The service I received was remarkable and now my dryer runs flawlessly. I am very appreciative for the service I was provided by Shamal Shah and his team. I can't say enough good things about… I can't say enough good things about the 3 gentlemen who helped me with installing a new dryer, after the big box store where I bought it failed in their customer service and gave me a list of excuses why they would not help me.
