This was our second time using this… This was our second time using this company. First time was a water damage in the upper level and the second time they did a mold remediation work in our basement. They cleaned our personal belongings, packed it really nicely and then the basement got remediated. Communication was great and each and every person I met or talked to was a nice person who really cared about my situation.

The crew arrived on-time The crew arrived on-time, was polite, protected my home from debris and got right to work on our ducts. Gedeon gladly answered all my questions and was intent on making sure everything was done correctly and that I was satisfied. Would definitely use them again.

Responsive From first phone call to service completion, We Restoration LLC was responsive, courteous and professional. The Mold remediation crew showed up on time and made sure to keep our home tidy despite the messy work. Our home was built 47 years ago and our basement suffered from a lot of flooding. We are impressed with the quality of work. We highly recommend!

Overall good experience. Good work but their turnaround time and customer service needs to improve. Overall good experience.

WE Restoration was great and I would… WE Restoration was great and I would highly recommend. I had mold remediation work done in my bathroom. I am very impressed with how clean they kept everything. They did a wonderful job sealing the door and protecting my carpet. Workers were very professional and explained the steps clearly.
