This is my second time using Clear Tech… This is my second time using Clear Tech Pools. During my first experience there was a communication issue with the Technician and we decided to go elsewhere. Clear Tech sent Joe Pierce over to take care of us and he really tried hard and went above and beyond to win us back. It was so nice to have someone really wanting your business so I promised him if things didn't workout we would return. Well things didn't work out and we went back with Joe P as our tech and have been Extremely happy! Joe takes great pride in his work and goes above and beyond. He explains things and really takes the time to do things properly. My husband is amazed at how clear our water is! Joe knows his stuff and we are lucky to have him as our Pool tech!

BEST POOL SERVICE IN AT PETE I am going to give CLEARTECH an honest review with NO smoke or BS. Every business has its issues, problems and shortfalls. Cleartech is NO EXCEPTION so I wont blow smoke up anyones rear. The main thing is that when it has mattered and when there has been a problem - these guys have been FANTASTIC. I cannot fault the love, care, attention and service. THEY ARE THE BEST IN TAMPA BAY and that is MY HONEST review. I would NEVER go anywhere else - because no one cares as much as Tom and his wife and the TEAM. They are knowledgeable and skilled and dont BS YOU.

We bought a Janky salt chlorinator from… We bought a Janky salt chlorinator from Clear Tech. We have had issues with it for the past 11 months, but every time we call on them, they are quick to respond and take actions. Today was another example of how quickly they respond. We called late last week and were told to expect the technician on Monday. This morning, Chris came right on time. He immediately listened to what we were telling him and took actions to see what shape the pool was in. After about 20 minutes, he told me "We are going to have to replace the unit and, since we discussed this situation back at the office earlier this morning, I already have a replacement unit and should be done replacing it in about 20-30 minutes." He finished the work just as he stated and before leaving validated that the unit was actually working. Chris and the Clear-Tech company are spot on for us!

Props to my Pool Tech Josh Props to my Pool Tech Josh. He is always on time, is very detailed in cleaning my pool, and is always courteous. He is meticulous in making sure everything is back in its place, and that I'm a satisfied customer. Please recognize Josh and his superior customer service. Christopher

Nothing but problems with them for over… Nothing but problems with them for over a year. No services, green pool. They are hustlers and pretend they do a service when they don’t. The office management is a joke, and the office lady is rude and incompetent. I have made a complaint against them to the police too. Horrible company!!!!
