I am so glad I chose Life Cycle to come… I am so glad I chose Life Cycle to come into my home and help. We’ve been experiencing a horrible rodent infestation in our home for years due to clutter and major foundation damages that our exterminator discovered that would require major construction due to several cracks in our foundation structure that eventually forced us to consider finally downsizing, so we conducted thorough research on a few qualified companies but decided to go with Life Cycle over the others since they offered multiple solutions. Life Cycle came out to our home and conducted a Transition Assessment Evaluation by Stacy who was so nice and supportive. After 3 days we decided the best thing to do was to forgo the massive renovation expense and just sell As Is and get Life Cycle’s help cleaning up and helping us locate a new home. After only 1 week of back forth emails and phone calls they presented 4 viable places for us to choose we chose the one that best fit our budget. I must admit Initially we were terrified to let outsiders into our messy home better yet messy lives but I’m so grateful we did because the crew was so personable and friendly and did an amazing job helping us sort through our old crappy mildew stuff and even packed us up and moved us into the new place they located for us. A couple days after we moved into our new place they even sent two wonderful ladies back to our new place to help us unpack and throw additional boxes away. Just an unbelievable experience and the entire process really gave us back our lives. These people are real angels me and my husband can’t thank them enough.

More real estate acquisition ploy than cleaning company. Beware. I am a senior citizen and mobility disabled. When I was hospitalized for emergency surgery a family member flew to Boston from the West Coast and hired Life Cycle Transitions, LLC to clean out my residence to be wheelchair ready when I returned from the hospital. The owner, Brandon Bronaugh, advertises his vast experience with cleaning out hoarder houses and other homes requiring skilled cleaning. He met my family member at the residence, inspected it and provided a verbal proposal to clear out clutter and provide "deep cleaning." He would not provide a written contract. He collected 50% payment and had his crew start work. My family member returned home on the last day of work that Mr. Bronaugh had originally proposed. He said more days were needed and kept his crew working. I was still in hospital. He collected the final payment from my family member's credit card before the work was finished. He refused to provide an itemized receipt specifying the work completed. He provided a list of excuses why the job was not completed. It is surprising that the vast experience he touts was insufficient for him to give a realistic proposal for the work needed. Ultimately, he told us we should turn the residence over to him to repair and sell. He claimed the home was unlivable and too expensive for us to repair ourselves. He stressed he had videos that proved his claims. His language was crafted to frighten me. I feel he exploits the vulnerable who turn to his company for help. Subsequent cleaners and contractors have proved his scary claims false. After his crew finished the home had debris covering the floors. They left debris on the front and back stairwells of the building. When asked by my building's HOA to clean up mess left on front and back stairs in the building their response was they would not because I had filed complaints about them. Rather than providing clear out and cleaning services, Life Cycle Transitions seems focused on acquiring properties from vulnerable clients for their own profit.
