DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! On Thursday 2 Spanish speaking cleaners came to our home for a 4 hour cleaning job. After 30 mins they came and told me they had the wrong home and literally ran out of my home everything out of place. Luckily my partner said something wasn't right and check our jewelry and the cleaners stole 2 Cartier rings, a gold watch, and 2 gold bracelets. I had no way to contact the company except for email and they refused to help and sent me a link saying they aren't responsible for theft. All we could do is file a police report. This company is a joke. Please protect your family and stuff and don't allow these people into your homes.

Awful service and support Tried to book three times only to be cancelled last minute with zero explanation. I raised it up with support and they were very patronizing and said there are no pros in my area. I find this hard to believe as I am in the heart of Atlanta. I’m now scrambling to find service myself after wasting so much time on this app. Oh yeah, and they take payment in advance so even if your pro doesn’t show up, they have your money.
