Do not recommend We organize Merrymops to come out and do a “bond clean”. They came to our place and spent 4 hours cleaning the whole house. I was very disappointed in the quality of work. I had to get them to go over most things again as it wasn’t properly cleaned. We had to also get them back on a second occasion because their work in the first place wasn’t satisfactory. They also scratched our window when they were cleaning the window with there cleaning equipment. Would no recommend.

Not happy with the service AT ALL Not happy with the service. Made a booking over a week ago through carers SA to take the load off myself and have someone come in and clean my home for me. I have a terminally Ill mother and 5 children by myself so my life is very hard at the moment so was happy to have this offered to me and take stress off. It’s caused me More stress as they took my booking didn’t come when they said rebooked me in for the following day and then message me saying they will bring 3 people into my home to clean quickly at 4pm when it’s most busiest in my home which they were aware of and my immuncomprimised mother. So now they want me to wait another week when my house having all of us here needs cleaning regularly I’ve not done anything as I wanted to take the break and not have to clean up I’ve had my house ready now for 2 days and stayed home waiting around for them to not rock up change my appointments cancel them also and not listen to anything I am saying so I’ve not had any service yet but not happy already
