I've found LDR to be very easy to work… I've found LDR to be very easy to work with - they delivered the roll off dumpsters that I ordered on time with no problems. Everyone I've spoken with in customer service has been very helpful & friendly. Will definitely use again!

It is Important that your staff screen… It is Important that your staff screen well new rolloff orders and find out what customer wants to throw away. Not just saying construction but what construction items Roofing, concrete, bricks, Lathe & Plaster from walls, Tile (Heavy ) Carpet, Sheet rock, wood decks, boards, wood siding ( Medium ) Household furnings, Personal belongings ( Regular )

The worst dumpster company I've ever… The worst dumpster company I've ever worked with. Sent invoices that stated "no additional fees". Once we were finished with the dumpster, I received additional fees for 3 separate swaps with no dates or backup info showing the additional tonnage totaling $1139.49. No one there could give an explanation and wouldn't return my phone calls. Beware!!!!

LDR used to be good.... maybe try again in a yr. LDR used to be my “go to” for Dumpster and PortaJon rentals until it started taking too long to switch dumpsters and then we realized we were getting charged too much. What used to be easy, became a hassle. Hopefully LDR gets it together for future clients. I’ll give it a year before we try again.

Rob you blind. There was a water main break on the block where my company is located. We have over 70 employees that work inside during the day and needed portable potties for a few hours as we had no water or working rest rooms. We were charged a premium price for the urgent need and promised the potties would be there immediately. They showed up three hours later, did not offer any type of discount and no apology. The water was back on less then two hours later. This was completely unacceptable. We will never use them or refer them again.
