Tonya was a breath of fresh air when I was speaking to her as she was explaining to me in such a positive and energetic way she has about herself. LDR used to be good.... maybe try again in a yr. LDR used to be my “go to” for Dumpster and PortaJon rentals until it started taking too long to switch dumpsters and then we realized we were getting charged too much. What used to be easy, became a hassle. Hopefully LDR gets it together for future clients. I’ll give it a year before we try again.

Get payment before delivery to eliminate hassle and wasted time Not too bad dealing with them, just when it comes to payment it can be difficult. They are usually thorough and accurate with the order and delivery information they provide but when it comes to taking payment, if our associates aren't adamant about getting payment before delivery it can be a hassle trying to get paid after the fact. It would be nice if their company knows their employee is ready to make an order, give them credit card information up front to provide us with payment before delivery. Make sure THEY are certain the order is paid. That will eliminate a lot of hassle from all sides.
