They were awful They were awful. Didn't call with an ETA. After calling to find out where dumpster was they thought it was already delivered then gave an hour out time frame. Never showed, called again, nobody had answers, said they would call back, never did. Delivered late, wasted a whole day. We chose them because of next day delivery. Horrible ran company enough to where I'm leaving a review. No compensation, apologies, communication. Leaving a 1 star minus 1. Thank you for adding more stress and bs while dealing with our moms death.

Get payment before delivery to eliminate hassle and wasted time Not too bad dealing with them, just when it comes to payment it can be difficult. They are usually thorough and accurate with the order and delivery information they provide but when it comes to taking payment, if our associates aren't adamant about getting payment before delivery it can be a hassle trying to get paid after the fact. It would be nice if their company knows their employee is ready to make an order, give them credit card information up front to provide us with payment before delivery. Make sure THEY are certain the order is paid. That will eliminate a lot of hassle from all sides.

The biggest issue that needs addressed… The biggest issue that needs addressed is communication! One phone call and one email TO THAT SAME PERSON confirming a price is enough! We are a busy office and when 3 people receive a call and then emails are sent, the orders are duplicated. This is extra cost and AGGRAVATION to our people. I think your orders need to be handled by ONE PERSON. Not 2 or 3 in your office!!!!! Please consider a revision of your work flow to save time and money on both of our ends.
