The biggest issue that needs addressed… The biggest issue that needs addressed is communication! One phone call and one email TO THAT SAME PERSON confirming a price is enough! We are a busy office and when 3 people receive a call and then emails are sent, the orders are duplicated. This is extra cost and AGGRAVATION to our people. I think your orders need to be handled by ONE PERSON. Not 2 or 3 in your office!!!!! Please consider a revision of your work flow to save time and money on both of our ends. The worst dumpster company I've ever… The worst dumpster company I've ever worked with. Sent invoices that stated "no additional fees". Once we were finished with the dumpster, I received additional fees for 3 separate swaps with no dates or backup info showing the additional tonnage totaling $1139.49. No one there could give an explanation and wouldn't return my phone calls. Beware!!!!
