We are a portable toilet company that… We are a portable toilet company that does business with LDR. The things that they need to improve on is the communication within their office. I don't think it's necessary to receive two phone calls from two different people following the first phone order and email to confirm the order. The first phone call and email should be enough! This is our busy time of year and with only one person in our office, we don't need the overflow of additional phone calls when the order was already placed with the first call.

Today I am speaking about Tonya… Today I am speaking about Tonya Sherrill. I had a conversation this morning with this very pleasant employee with LDR about confusion I had about our account. Tonya was a breath of fresh air when I was speaking to her as she was explaining to me in such a positive and energetic way she has about herself.
