I've found LDR to be very easy to work… I've found LDR to be very easy to work with - they delivered the roll off dumpsters that I ordered on time with no problems. Everyone I've spoken with in customer service has been very helpful & friendly. Will definitely use again!

Tonya was a breath of fresh air when I was speaking to her as she was explaining to me in such a positive and energetic way she has about herself. Rob you blind. There was a water main break on the block where my company is located. We have over 70 employees that work inside during the day and needed portable potties for a few hours as we had no water or working rest rooms. We were charged a premium price for the urgent need and promised the potties would be there immediately. They showed up three hours later, did not offer any type of discount and no apology. The water was back on less then two hours later. This was completely unacceptable. We will never use them or refer them again.

We are a portable toilet company that… We are a portable toilet company that does business with LDR. The things that they need to improve on is the communication within their office. I don't think it's necessary to receive two phone calls from two different people following the first phone order and email to confirm the order. The first phone call and email should be enough! This is our busy time of year and with only one person in our office, we don't need the overflow of additional phone calls when the order was already placed with the first call.
