GBRob you blind. There was a water main break on the block where my company is located. We have over 70 employees that work inside during the day and needed portable potties for a few hours as we had no water or working rest rooms. We were charged a premium price for the urgent need and promised the potties would be there immediately. They showed up three hours later, did not offer any type of discount and no apology. The water was back on less then two hours later. This was completely unacceptable. We will never use them or refer them again.

GBThe biggest issue that needs addressed… The biggest issue that needs addressed is communication! One phone call and one email TO THAT SAME PERSON confirming a price is enough! We are a busy office and when 3 people receive a call and then emails are sent, the orders are duplicated. This is extra cost and AGGRAVATION to our people. I think your orders need to be handled by ONE PERSON. Not 2 or 3 in your office!!!!! Please consider a revision of your work flow to save time and money on both of our ends. GBWorst service ever They are very quick to charge your credit card, but very slow with picking up dumpsters and portable potty units when you tell them you're done. Then they continue to charge you swap fees and dry run fees even after units have been removed from site for weeks. When you call their customer service they give you the run around and transfer you to accounts dept which ends up being just a voice mail.

GBLDR used to be good.... maybe try again in a yr. LDR used to be my “go to” for Dumpster and PortaJon rentals until it started taking too long to switch dumpsters and then we realized we were getting charged too much. What used to be easy, became a hassle. Hopefully LDR gets it together for future clients. I’ll give it a year before we try again.
