GBWorst service ever They are very quick to charge your credit card, but very slow with picking up dumpsters and portable potty units when you tell them you're done. Then they continue to charge you swap fees and dry run fees even after units have been removed from site for weeks. When you call their customer service they give you the run around and transfer you to accounts dept which ends up being just a voice mail.

Tonya was a breath of fresh air when I was speaking to her as she was explaining to me in such a positive and energetic way she has about herself. GBLDR used to be good.... maybe try again in a yr. LDR used to be my “go to” for Dumpster and PortaJon rentals until it started taking too long to switch dumpsters and then we realized we were getting charged too much. What used to be easy, became a hassle. Hopefully LDR gets it together for future clients. I’ll give it a year before we try again.

GBWe are a portable toilet company that… We are a portable toilet company that does business with LDR. The things that they need to improve on is the communication within their office. I don't think it's necessary to receive two phone calls from two different people following the first phone order and email to confirm the order. The first phone call and email should be enough! This is our busy time of year and with only one person in our office, we don't need the overflow of additional phone calls when the order was already placed with the first call.
