They were awful They were awful. Didn't call with an ETA. After calling to find out where dumpster was they thought it was already delivered then gave an hour out time frame. Never showed, called again, nobody had answers, said they would call back, never did. Delivered late, wasted a whole day. We chose them because of next day delivery. Horrible ran company enough to where I'm leaving a review. No compensation, apologies, communication. Leaving a 1 star minus 1. Thank you for adding more stress and bs while dealing with our moms death.

Get payment before delivery to eliminate hassle and wasted time Not too bad dealing with them, just when it comes to payment it can be difficult. They are usually thorough and accurate with the order and delivery information they provide but when it comes to taking payment, if our associates aren't adamant about getting payment before delivery it can be a hassle trying to get paid after the fact. It would be nice if their company knows their employee is ready to make an order, give them credit card information up front to provide us with payment before delivery. Make sure THEY are certain the order is paid. That will eliminate a lot of hassle from all sides.

The worst dumpster company I've ever… The worst dumpster company I've ever worked with. Sent invoices that stated "no additional fees". Once we were finished with the dumpster, I received additional fees for 3 separate swaps with no dates or backup info showing the additional tonnage totaling $1139.49. No one there could give an explanation and wouldn't return my phone calls. Beware!!!!

I've found LDR to be very easy to work… I've found LDR to be very easy to work with - they delivered the roll off dumpsters that I ordered on time with no problems. Everyone I've spoken with in customer service has been very helpful & friendly. Will definitely use again!

Worst service ever They are very quick to charge your credit card, but very slow with picking up dumpsters and portable potty units when you tell them you're done. Then they continue to charge you swap fees and dry run fees even after units have been removed from site for weeks. When you call their customer service they give you the run around and transfer you to accounts dept which ends up being just a voice mail.
