The biggest issue that needs addressed… The biggest issue that needs addressed is communication! One phone call and one email TO THAT SAME PERSON confirming a price is enough! We are a busy office and when 3 people receive a call and then emails are sent, the orders are duplicated. This is extra cost and AGGRAVATION to our people. I think your orders need to be handled by ONE PERSON. Not 2 or 3 in your office!!!!! Please consider a revision of your work flow to save time and money on both of our ends. Worst service ever They are very quick to charge your credit card, but very slow with picking up dumpsters and portable potty units when you tell them you're done. Then they continue to charge you swap fees and dry run fees even after units have been removed from site for weeks. When you call their customer service they give you the run around and transfer you to accounts dept which ends up being just a voice mail.
