Very disappointed with the customer… Very disappointed with the customer service provided by CWI Medical. I initially ordered a set of Proteinex orange flavor bottles on February 20, 2020. Nowhere on their website did it mention that they were sold out of the orange flavor. My credit card had a pending charge of $162 for that order and 3 days later I receive an email stating that they are out of the orange flavor and they don't have an anticipated date when it will be available again. I contacted CWI Medical to inform them that my card was already charged $162 and needed to know when the orange flavor will be in stock since it was my desired flavor. The representative mentioned they don't know when but offered me a different flavor that I will enjoy. I got persuaded on ordering the lemon flavor since the representative mentioned it had a great lemon flavor and would be delivered rapidly considering that I needed to take additional protein due to medical reasons. The representative allowed my order to be modified in order to receive the lemon flavor as oppose to the desired orange flavor. Once I received the Proteinex lemon lime flavor, I noticed the bottle had a crystal like material surrounding the cap which seemed very odd. When I tried the Proteinex, it did not taste nothing like lemon as advertised. Furthermore, the taste was so awful that I literally gagged and was about to vomit. I don't understand why a representative would be so inclined to sell a product that probably they knew would not taste as advertised. This type of business practice of misleading a customer should not be allowed especially in a medical field industry. CWI Medical should evaluate their products to ensure the quality is good and does not contain any foreign objects or debris such as the crystalized substance material surrounding the inside of my bottle cap. The product could have possibly been contaminated with the crystalized substance that was inside the bottle cap. It is evident that this product did not go through a proper quality control process. This company should be honest with their customers and inform them if a flavor is not similar to what is advertised or if the item is not considered a top rating/selling product. Lastly, I have contacted CWI Medical to address my concern on March 2nd and was directed to leave a voicemail to a male supervisor in order to receive a call back from him since he was not available that day. Two days later, I call back and ask for a supervisor and once again I am told their isn't any supervisors but she will rely the message to return my call once they come back from their lunch break. Once again, I did not get a call back from a supervisor or anyone from CWI Medical. Completley upset with their lack of customer service. Not even the slight courtesy to return a customer's call to address any concern or issues they might have. I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses out there that will truly and genuinely value their customers.

Can be counted on when you need them I have been ordering from CWI since 2006. I have ordered all sorts of items from nutrition, to medical devices and other supplies as needed for the care of elderly ill family members who are remaining at home. CWI always had items delivered on time with no issues and if I had questions I can actually get a real person on the phone. I have already recommended them to several people I work with who had no idea where to get supplies. And the prices are great I have compared. Highly recommend!!

Fast, trustworthy I needed a commode- it showed up pronto.

excellent, prompt service. Cwi is reliable and always gets my order to me quickly. Their website is very user friendly. Their product selection is varied and not too pricey. I highly recommend Cwi.

TERRIBLE SERVICE Ordered Medical stroller for my handicapped grandson on March 13. Not told it was out of stock. Promised it would arrive in May. Now told it ship from overseas (probably China) sometime in July. Another promise! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
