Works as expected. Good price Delivered on time and came with postage to return. Worked well to replicate fob for garage. Easy instructions to follow but I had to hold in the chord into the usb port order for it to stay charged and attached so that did not seem normal though it otherwise worked Updated to to 5 star because of very prompt customer service after I emailed re: return of rental deposit. They processed and resolved my request immediately

Fantastic support, easy + successful key copy I ordered 2 key fobs and a reader/writer from Mr. Key Fob based on visually matching my apartment key with an option on the website. Minutes after uploading the pictures of my original fob (as Mr. Key Fob requests) and placing the order, I got a call from their support line telling me that based on the type of fob I had, the duplication process might not work. They gave me the options to either cancel the order or ship it anyway. They told me that if it didn't work, I could ship it back for a refund. I chose to go through with the order anyway. The fobs and copier arrived here in Florida 4 days after I ordered them. I got the copying software from their website running in minutes (had to restart it a few times for it to detect the USB scanner), and it was super simple to read and write the keys. Much to my satisfaction, the keys copied successfully, and they worked! I really appreciated Mr. Key Fob's support reaching out to me to make sure I was fully aware of all details before they fulfilled my order. I think that's a testament to their trustworthiness.
