GBThey sent the wrong type of key They sent the wrong type of key, and one set didn't work. Called to find out what happened, and I was told that they type of key that I ordered was backordered one month and that they would sent the replacements when received.

GBI had a key made up not realizing that… I had a key made up not realizing that I did not have the proper code. The key, of course, did not fit. My fault. I then realized that the lock also held part of the code which I didn't see until I got my magnifying glass. EasyKeys sent me the correct key and only charged me for the shipping. Thanks, EasyKeys. I definitely would recommend your Company to my friends and family.

GBEasyKeys stands behind their products and service. I ordered using the stamped key number and the first set of keys did not work. I sent a photo of the old and new keys and only a few days later a replacement set arrived. The replacements worked perfectly. EasyKeys stands behind their products and have great customer service.

GBHighly recommend! The first key I was sent did not work, but they were very responsive over email to help me to try to get the key to work. When those suggestions still did not work, they sent me a key at no cost to me that was cut slightly different and that one worked perfectly. I'm so happy to have a cabinet that locks now!
