He understood my concerns and executed a solution in a professional and courteous manner. I am remodeling my kitchen area my entire kitchen area and just need 10 boxes of the Harvest Oak color. I had originally purchased 125 boxes from Costco, 9 years ago to do almost my entire house. Their boxes contained 25 SQ Ft compared to your 17.18. Anyway I was happy you were able to accommodate me and find me the 10 boxes, to fill in where there will be bare spots. Mohawk were the ones that told me to Google Mohawk flooring, which I did, and you business came up. Thanks again. I will certainly use Regal for all my future flooring needs. I was in a panic when our flooring was… I was in a panic when our flooring was discontinued. I could not be happier with the ability of our sales rep. to drop what he was doing and figure this out for us! In one day we had the last of the discontinued flooring shipping out of their warehouse that week. Saved my sanity and saved us thousands of dollars reinstalling when we have already done half the house. THANK YOU!

LVP Purchase The purchasing process was excellent, very straightforward. The representative, I believe her name was Isidra, was very friendly, had easy access to pricing details and handled the details of the order quickly and accurately. I have not yet received the product so cannot comment on the speed or quality of the delivery.

Dennis at Regal Floor Covering is a delight to work with! I worked with Dennis on my order of Bedrosians Zenia Solar and Moon Matte tile. He was gracious and very good at communicating to me about my order as I was awaiting delivery. I'd called other tile distributors and did not get the same courteous customer service, nor were they able to locate the tile I was looking for within the timeline I had to work (and the pricing was the best I could find!). So kudos to Dennis and Regal Floor Coverings! Thank you very much, we're very happy with our tile. Now on to getting it installed!
