Nearly slid off the pallet in transit, as plastic straps are not enough to hold such a heavy product in place. On a good note a wonderful product after we worked out all the bugs in the install.

You know the old adage You know the old adage, you get what you pay for. This fire pit is absolutely beautiful and very, very, very well build to last for many, many years.

Our firepit actually arrived a lot… Our firepit actually arrived a lot sooner than the contractor was expecting. My only complaint is that we added leveling feet as it wasn't an option. We also used them to anchor the unit to our new patio. All our neighbors think it is very cool, especially when we tell them it is made by an artist in Tennessee.
