Both times Erich and the Floodman crew responded quickly and skillfully to mitigate the situation and helped see the project through to completion. They also worked with the insurance company to make sure that everything got done the way it needed to be and to our satisfaction. 5 star Basement system & Mold work Floodman did a Fantastic job on our Basement system, and Mold work. The high water levels in our area wreaked havoc on our home so we had to do something not knowing what the future holds with Northern Michigan's weather. Brad & Erich explained everything and their crew came and did the work. No more smell, everything is dry, and they also honored their warranty when a part went bad. If you need this kind of work, I definitely recommend them.
